Become A Member - Membership Information Below

Membership to POC is fairly straightforward. You must complete a membership application, along with a check or cash for the appropriate membership, single or family. You will need a sponsor; i.e. a current member of the POC in good standing. Any member can be your sponsor. You will be required to show up at a monthly meeting to be voted in. In addition, you will be required to work at least 8 hours for the first and 8 hours for the second year of membership at the POC. “Work” is defined as helping out at the monthly steak dinners, helping with any of the various work parties, etc., see the Job Board online or at the club for work parties.

DUES

* Regular Membership: $198 ($180+$18 10% Cabaret Tax)
* Family Membership: $209 ($190+$19 10% Cabaret Tax)
Senior Family Membership: $63.00
(Must be at least 60 years old and a member for at least 5 consecutive years)
Senior Membership: $60
(Must be at least 60 years old and a member for at least 5 consecutive years)
Junior Membership: $35
Associate Membership: $45

If you are paying by CASH at the club, exact change would be greatly appreciated. Checks made to POC or Pachaug Outdoor Club.

* New Members: Choose Regular or Family membership plus one time payments of Land Assessment: $85 and Initiation Fee: $115

A Work Assessment is required for all New Members for the first two years.
8 volunteer hours per year to benefit the club or $50.00 per all unworked hours to meet the work assessment requirement. See the BOD or any officer of the club for qualifying work/volunteer details.
